WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT COLOUR TENSIONS?
AAG resistance bands come in 3 tensions; light (GREEN), medium (BLUE) and heavy (PINK). If you have never tried stretch band exercises we recommend starting with the light (GREEN) tension. Like with any strength training you should introduce muscles to unfamiliar movements gradually in order to avoid injury.
Light Tension (GREEN) – ideal for newbies looking to add a change to their training routine. Develop your muscles gradually and more effectively by working harder than you might normally. This light tension band is also effective for warming muscles up gradually and can be used for stretching exercises which effectively helps reduce the risk of injury.
Medium Tension (BLUE) – for the more seasoned athlete who’s looking to step up their training routine.
